Warranty

90days Warranty : All items repaired at Huaxu carry a full three months warranty. We will repair free of charge any item covered by this warranty that has failed under normal use If the item under warranty is found to be not repairable, we will ship it without any extra charge. All items serviced by Huaxu are labeled for easy tracking by our ERP system.

Repair Charge

Fixed Repair Charge : Before committing to a repair, contact us to make sure that how much it will cost.Huaxu's fixed repair charge will cover all parts and labor required to perform normal repairs include cleaning, boxing and our three months warranty. There is no diagnostic charge on non-repairable items. The fixed repair charge may not cover replacement of missing components or subassemblies.

Extra Repair Charges : Items that have extensive damage, are missing components, or require replacement of proprietary components or subassemblies may require an extra charge to be repaired. No extra charges will ever be applied without your approval.
